Do you have a product idea and need a prototype to make it a reality?  We can provide design services and rapid prototyping  of a functional device for demonstration and testing. Our in-house 3D printing allows cost effective proof-of-concept fabrication. A Design For Manufacturing (DFM) approach allows prototype components to seamlessness  transition to high volume manufacturing using injection molding, stamped metal or other cost-effective processes. 

Do you have an existing design that you would like to bring to market?  Edge MultiTech offers comprehensive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis.  Our method evaluates the design quality (does it meet customer requirements?) , ease of manufacturing , cost of goods (CoG), and required certifications.  We have the experience energy storage, medical device, military and aerospace product development to accurately assess the third party certification/qualification testing needed before bringing the product to market.
